Louise has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sydney University, and following graduation worked in the financial markets in London and Sydney.  After time away from paid employment to take up unpaid employment as a mother to three babies born in quick succession, she commenced her studies in law.  She was awarded a Juris Doctor from University of Technology Sydney in 2008 and was admitted to practice in 2009.  In DATE she was awarded a Masters of Law by the College of Law.

Having sworn that she would practice in any area of law but property, she soon found that property law was an engaging and interesting area of law.  In 2019 she became an accredited specialist in property law and served on the Property Law committee of the Law Society of New South Wales in 2022.

When not practicing law, Louise enjoys spending time with family, sewing and swimming.
